Veganog (Vegan “Egg” Nog)

Ingredients

2 cups plant milk
1 cup silken tofu or coconut cream
1/2 cup Captain Morgan Spiced Rum
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions

Make sure all ingredients (except the spices) are chilled overnight in the fridge.
Blend everything except the nutmeg.
Pour into chilled glasses, sprinkle with ground nutmeg, and serve.
