Personal Dynamics Workshop (12 hours virtual delivery)

This workshop looks at the dynamics of individual development, primarily oriented to the work environment, but also applicable to social and family life.  Several different psychological models are employed, focusing on core values, motivations, communication styles, information processing, decision-making, and stress reactions.  A set of four informational booklets is supplied to the attendee for reference and homework assignments.

As a result of attending this workshop, you are able to communicate more effectively with co-workers, subordinates, and managers.  You will gain a better understanding of individual differences which leads to reduced conflict, and allows you to participate more effectively with your team.

This workshop is presented one-on-one as a series of 2-hour webinars, and is highly experiential with many practical exercises designed to give you hands on practice with the concepts taught.  Interspersed between each 2-hour session is a 45-minute telephone coaching session to expand upon the ideas learned and apply them to real-life situations.  Typically, the sessions are scheduled weekly to allow time for practice and homework.

There is also the option to run this for a group of attendees (maximum 8) — contact me for pricing and scheduling.
